SUBJECT: SMOOTH 174-A ADDITION FINAL PLAT
DATE: March 5, 2013
BACKGROLJND: Mr. Stevie Jackson's preliminary plat was approved at the February 4, 2013
Planning & Zoning Commission meeting subject to the City Engineer's recommendations. The
current lot is zoned Single Family-2 (SF-2). The final plat was approved at the March 4tn
Planning & Zoning Commission meeting by a vote of 5-0.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Mr. Jackson is proposing to construct a single family home on the
property. He has also agreed to improve the creek banks along his western property line. Only
portions of the creek are on Mr. Jackson's property.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: I recommend approval of the final plat.
