SUBJECT: LIBERTY NATIONAL BANK ADDITION 186 FINAL PLAT
DATE: March 5, 2013
BACKGROLTND: Liberty National Bank owns two lots in the 400 block of E. Houston Street.
The current legal description is Lot 7 and 7A in City Block 186. This plat proposes to unite the
two lots into one. The two existing lots are zoned Central Area (CA). The final plat was
approved at the March 4th Planning & Zoning Commission meeting by a vote of 5-0.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Liberty National Bank is proposing to construct a storage building on the
site. A storage warehouse is permitted in the Central Area zoning. The infrastructure needed to
support the building already exists.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: I recommend approval of the final plat.
