(1) Consideration of and action on a motion to allow J. R. Aviation
to pay for and install a self-service credit card fuei system for AV
gas.
4. Consideration of and action on an ordinance repealing Article III of Chapter
7, Sections 7-46 through 7-53 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris,
entitled "Hazardous Buildings"; adopting a new Article IIi, Sections 7-46
through 17-53, entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings"; adopting
Article IV of Chapter7, Sections 7-81 through 7-89, entitled "Secured Buiiding
PermiY ; and establishing a Building and Standards Commission.

5. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions:
A. Consolidating the Thursday and MondayJuly regular Council meetings
to Monday, July 8, 2002.
B. Directing publication of notice of intention of issue City of Paris, Texas,
Combination Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2002,
to fund the cost of the acquiring and improving facilities for the new
Law Enforcement Center.
C. Approving the plans and specifications and authorizing the taking of
bids for the 2002 City Street HMAC Overlay Program.
D. Approving the Grounds Sublease between the Red River Valiey Fair
Association and the Hopewell Volunteer Fire Department.
E. Approving the Grounds Sublease between the Red River Valley Fair
Association and the American Legion Post #199 of Deport, Texas.
F. Authorizing the execution of an Interlocal Agreement between the City
of Paris and League City, Texas, allowing the City of Paris to participate
in the bid process of the City of League City, Texas, for the purchase of
two (2) ISG Thermal Imaging Cameras with temperature readouts and
twotruck mounting and charging brackets through ADH Marketing, and
authorizing the execution of a purchase order for the ISG Thermal
Imaging Cameras.
? G. Approving an Information Technology Services Contract with MMI
Internetworking, Inc., for advisory assistance, systems analysis and
design, web site development, application development, design and
programming, project management, technical services, and
documentation related to user, desktop, system, network, and AS 400
support needs of the Paris Police Department.
H. Appointing members to the Building and Standards Commission.
