BACKGROUND: Mr. Art Stutsman and Mr. John Dusenberry own part of lot 14 City Block
306-C located in the 4200 block of North Main Street. The existing lot is zoned Commercial
(C). The property is currently vacant. The final plat was approved at the April 1 Planning &
Zoning Commission meeting by a vote of 6-0.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owners would like to construct a shop building on the 0.7 acre
property. A shop building is allowed in commercial zoning. This property is approximately 4.5
miles north of downtown Paris on US Highway 271 North and is on the east side of the highway.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Approve final plat.
