BACKGROLIND: Mr. Victoriano Chavez owns lot 1 City Block 310 located at 1335 SW 19tn
Street. The existing lot is zoned Heavy Industrial (HI). La Bella Airosa Restaurant is located on
the lot along with a storage building. The final plat was approved at the April 1 Planning &
Zoning Commission meeting by a vote of 6-0.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owners would like to construct a storage building on the property
between the restaurant and the existing storage building. Storage buildings are allowed in Heavy
Industrial (HI) zoning.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Approve final plat.
