SUBJECT: PARIS HABITAT ADDITION 112-F FINAL PLAT
DATE: May 7, 2013
BACKGROLTND: Paris Habitat for Humanity owns lot 15 City Block 112-F, located at 1435 E.
Washington Street. The lot has never been platted. The lot is currently zoned Two-Family (2F).
The Planning & Zoning Commission voted to approve the final plat on a vote of 4-0 at its May
6th meeting. The Board of Adjustments (BOA) voted to approve a variance request for lot width
at its May 7th meeting on a vote of 7-0.
STATUS OF ISSUE: Paris Habitat for Humanity is proposing to divide the existing lot into two.
The infrastructure needed to support the proposed lots already exists, with the exception of a
water and sewer service, which will be added when the second house is constructed.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat of Paris Habitat Addition 112-F.
