SUBJECT: 2750 BONHAM STREET ZONING CHANGE REQUEST
DATE: May 7, 2013
BACKGROLTND: Mrs. Pat Taylor submitted a zoning change request on April 16th to change
the zoning on four lots located at the northeast corner of Bonham Street and NW 28t" Street. The
zoning change proposed to change the zoning from General Retail (GR) to Commercial District
(C). They have a contract for sale to a company named M-Tex Industrial Supply Co., Inc.
STATUS OF ISSUE: City Staff had a meeting with Mr. Jim Martin and Mr. Danny McCartney
of M-Tex Industrial Supply Co., Inc. on Tuesday April 30`h. The purpose of the meeting was to
determine if the zoning needed to be changed. After talking to Mr. Martin and Mr. McCartney it
was determined that the zoning did not need to be changed. Don and Pat Taylor have submitted
a written request to withdraw the zoning application.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: No action is necessary, the application has been withdrawn.
