Consideration of and action on an ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No. 1710, changing the zoning from a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2(SF-2) to a One-Family Dwelling District No. 3(SF-3) on Lot 5, City Block 294, being located in the 3000 block of Aikin Drive. 5. Consideration of and action on the repiat of Lot 3, Biock 1, Lane Place Addition, being number 1501 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. 6. Consideration of and action on the final plat of Stone Ridge Phase III. 7. Consideration of and action on the following ordinances: A. Authorizing the issuance of City of Paris, Texas Combination Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2002, in the principal amount of $6,060,000.00, and approving other authorizing instruments and procedures relating thereto. B. Adopting, on second reading, a franchise agreement with Steve B. Raney and Wendy L. Raney, d.b.a. Yellow Cab Company to use the public streets, alleys, and highways of the city of Paris for the purpose of transporting passengers for hire in motor vehicles. August 8, 2002 Page 2 C. Adopting, on second reading, a franchise agreement with Dennis Nelms, d.b.a. City Cab, to use the public streets, alieys, and highways of the city of Paris for the purpose of transporting passengers for hire in motor vehicles. D. Amending Section 28-104(b) of Zoning Ordinance No. 1710, related to the regulation of wireless telecommunications towers and facilities, to add zoning classification PD(c) as a permissible zoning area for the siting ofwireless communications facilities, and amending Section 28- 106(c) to add a procedure for the grant of variance from setback standards. 8. Consideration of and action on a resolution amending Resolution No. 2002- 086 to include therein authorization for intervention in Gas Utilities Docket 9304 at the Railroad Commission. 9.
