1. Call meeting to order and invocation.
2. Presentation by the City Manager of the proposed budget for fiscal year 2002-
2003 for the City of Paris.
3. Receive input from interested citizens of Paris proposing services or projects
to be included in the 2002-2003 City of Paris Budget.
4. Consider and discuss proposed 2002-2003 Budget and accompanying Tax
Rate for the City of Paris.
5. Consider, discuss, and take possible action on amendments to the 2002-2003
Budget.
6. Consider and discuss deleting or adding additional City Council Work
Sessions regarding the Budget and Tax Rate.
7. Record vote on proposal to consider tax increase for calendar year 2002 for
the City of Paris.
8. Consideration of and possible action on the following resolutions:
A. Setting the time and date for a public hearing on the City of Paris
proposed budget for fiscal year 2002-2003.

B. Setting the time and date for a public hearing on the proposed
amendments to the City of Paris proposed budget for fiscal year 2002-
2003.
C. Setting a public hearing on the proposed tax increase required to fund
and balance the proposed budget for fiscal year 2002-2003.
D. Authorizing the execution of a Right-of-Way Deed to Sesame Solutions,
LLC (formerly Sesaco Corporation) for road right-of-way that was
previously purchased by the City of Paris in exchange for a
replacement Right-of-Way Deed from Sesame Solutions, LLC to the City
of Paris for the road right-of-way to the City pump station which
crosses Sesame Solutions, LLC's property.
9. Adjournment.
