BACKGROLTND: The Harper Six Family Limited Partners TLP owns 3.134 acres of land on the
north side of the 2900-3000 Block of Pine Mill Road. They are proposing to plat the current lot
into three. The property is currently zoned Planned Development District (PD) d& f. In the
Planned Development District (PD), d allows for a medical center and hospital, while f allows
for an office center. The Planning & Zoning Commission will meet on Thursday June 6`" to act
on the final plat.
STATUS OF ISSUE: The owners are developing the lots to sell. A fire hydrant will need to be
added to cover the proposed lot, all other utilities are in place.
BUDGET: N/A
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the final plat.
