1. Call meeting to order.
Receipt of report from the Planning & Zoning Commission.
Public Hearing to consider the petition of Monte Moore for a change in zoning
from an Agricultural District (A) to a Commercial District (C) on Lot 5, City
Block 294, being located in the 3300 block of Center Street.
Consideration of and action on an ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No.
1710, changing the zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a Commercial
District (C) on Lot 5, City Block 294, being located in the 3300 block of Center
Street. ~.
Public Hearing to consider the abandonment of an eight (80) foot wide street
known as 3rd Street S.E., beginning in the north boundary line of Paris
Boulevard, north to the south boundary line of Sycamore Avenue.
Consideration of and action on an ordinance abandoning an eight (80) foot
wide street known as 3rd Street S.E., beginning in the north boundary line of
Paris Boulevard, north to the south boundary line of Sycamore Avenue.
Consideration of and action on a resolution authorizing the execution of
deeds of abandonment to the adjacent property owners of a portion of an
eighty (80) foot wide street known as 3rd Street S.E. abandoned from the
north boundary line of Paris Boulevard, north to the south boundary line of
Sycamore Avenue.
Public Hearing to consider the abandonment of a fifty (50) foot wide street
known as County Road 42602 and also known as Simmons Drive in the East
Suburban Estates Addition between Pine Mill Road and Noles Drive,
beginning at the west boundary line of Mockingbird Lane going west

approximately 150 feet to the end of said Simmons Drive.
Consideration of and action on an ordinance abandoning a fifty (50) foot wide
street known as County Road 42602 and also known as Simmons Drive in the
East Suburban Estates Addition between Pine Mill Road and Noles Drive,
beginning at the west boundary line of Mockingbird Lane going west
approximately 150 feet to the end of said Simmons Drive.
Consideration of and action on a resolution authorizing the execution of
deeds of abandonment to the adjacent property owners of a fifty (50) foot wide
street known as County Road 42602 and also known as Simmons Drive in the
East Suburban Estates Addition abandoned from the west boundary line of
Mockingbird Lane going west approximately t50 feet to the end of said
Simmons Drive between Pine Mill Road and Noles Drive.
Consideration of and action on the recommendation of the Final Plat of Stone
Ridge, Phase II.
Consideration of and action on the following resolutions:
A. Stating the City Council°s position on a firefighters' pay referendum and
urging taxpayers to vote accordingly.
B. Authorizing an application for a supplemental Automobile Theft
Prevention Grant in the amount of $25,000.00 for the purchase of a
truck and radio for use by the Automobile Theft Task Force.
