1. Call meeting to order.
2. Consideration of and action on a resolution canvassing the returns for the
September 14, 2002, City-Wide Special Election on the question of increasing
pay for members of the Fire Department of the City of Paris.
3. Consider, discuss, and take possible action on additional amendments
reducing the 2002-2003 Budget and accompanying tax rate.
4. Consider and discuss deleting or adding additional City Council Work
Sessions regarding the Budget and Tax Rate.
5. Consideration of and possible action on an ordinance adopting the budgetfor
fiscal year 2002-2003 for the City of Paris.
6. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions:
A. Authorizing the transfer of budgetary appropriations as allowed in
Section 58 and 70 of the Charter of the City of Paris.
B. Awarding the bid and authorizing the execution of a grounds
maintenance agreement with Jack Ray Barton.
7. Referrals.
8. Adjournment.
