Consideration of and action on an ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No.
1710, changing the zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a Commercial
District (C) on Lot 8, City Block 318, being located in the 3300 block of Center
Street.
Public Hearing to consider the petition of David McLaughlin for a change in
zoning from a One-Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF-2) to a Neighborhood
Service District (NS) on Lots 45, 47, and 49 and part of Lot 43, Block 2, Lamar
Terrace Addition, being number 206 24th Street S.E.
Consideration of and action on an ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No.

Consideration of and action on an ordinance amending Zoning Ordinance No.
1710, changing the zoning from a Two-Family Dwelling District (2F) to a
Neighborhood Service District (NS) on Lot 5, City Block 226-A, being number
664 22nd Street S.E.
Public Hearing to consider the abandonment of an eight (80) foot wide street
known as 3rd Street S.E., beginning in the north boundary line of Paris
Boulevard, north to the south boundary line of Sycamore Avenue.
Consideration of and action on an ordinance abandoning an eight (80) foot
wide street known as 3rd Street S.E., beginning in the north boundary line of
Paris Boulevard, north to the south boundary line of Sycamore Avenue.
Consideration of and action on a resolution authorizing the execution of
deeds of abandonment to the adjacent property owners of a portion of an
eighty (80) foot wide street known as 3rd Street S.E. abandoned from the
north boundary line of Paris Boulevard, north to the south boundary line of
Sycamore Avenue.
Public Hearing to consider the abandonment of a fifty (50) foot wide street
known as County Road 42602 and also known as Simmons Drive in the East
Suburban Estates Addition between Pine Mill Road and Noles Drive,
beginning at the west boundary line of Mockingbird Lane going west
approximately 150 feet to the end of said Simmons Drive.
Consideration of and action on an ordinance abandoning a fifty (50) foot wide
street known as County Road 42602 and also known as Simmons Drive in the
East Suburban Estates Addition between Pine Mill Road and Noles Drive,
beginning at the west boundary line of Mockingbird Lane going west
approximately 150 feet to the end of said Simmons Drive.
Consideration of and action on a resolution authorizing the execution of

Approving and ratifying the execution of an application for a Texas
Parks & Wildlife Department National Recreational Trails Grant,
authorizing the expenditure of funds, and accepting said grant award
upon notice thereof.
Authorizing the termination of a portion of the Lease Agreement
between the City of Paris and Archers for Christ and authorizing the
amendment of the Lease Agreement to reflect such partial termination.
Authoring the exercising of the one (1) year option on the Employee
Uniforms Contract between the City of Paris and Aramark Uniform
Services.
