SUBJECT: Primrose Phase II
I have reviewed the plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the plat complies with
the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or additions.
1. Provide a velum copy &the plat with all the necessary signatures.
2. Abandon a 15-foot utility easement on the common property line of lots 7
& 8 per the request of the property owners.
I recommend approval of the plat upon completion of the above items.
