SUBJECT: The Hills Phase III Final Plat
I have reviewed the plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the plat complies with
the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or additions.
1. Owners must sign plat.
2. Provide a certificate that all taxes and fees have been paid and a$25.00
filing fee.
3. Include "West" in the next to last call in the field notes, before the
distance (201.00).
4. Type out the full title on the easement between lots 5 and 6 on block E
(10' drainage and utility easement).
5. Add a 10' utility easement between lots 16 and 17 of block D.
6. Change the finished floor elevation on lot 8 of block E from 557.2 to
537.2 to match the grading and drainage plan.
7. Add "ROW" (Right-of-Way) to all the dimensions showing street Right-
of-Way. Add a width on Abby Lane just East of North Hills Drive.
8. Show the 5'utility easement around the ROW.
9. 3ubmit an As-Built Drawing to the Engineering Department.
10. Have the Utility Companies notify the City oF Paris Engineering
Department 72 hours prior to installing utilities at (903) 784-9234.
11. A certificate of Guazantee of workmanship and materials used in
construction and installation of water lines, sewer lines and streets for a
period of 1-year is required in accordance to The Code of Ordinance No.
1315, Section N, item 11.
I recommend approval of the plat upon completion of the above items.
