Call meeting to order and roll call.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (July 1, 2013)
3. Public hearing and consideration of and action on the Site Plan for Dave Eisele on Lot 1,
Block A, Pine Mill Medical Park, being located in the 2900 to 3000 Block of Pine Mill
Road.
4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition for Wayne Brown for a
change in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a One - Family Dwelling District No.
3 (SF -3), for a 1.808 acre property, being located at the east end of the 4200 Block of
Sunrise Drive.
Consideration of and action on the Master Plat of Lots 6 -13, Block A and Lots 5 -12, Block
B, Summerwood Estates Phase II, located at the east end of the 4200 Block of Sunrise
Drive.
6. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Summerwood Estates Phase II,
located at the east end of the 4200 Block of Sunrise Drive.
7. Consideration of and action on the Master Plat of Lot 1 -4, Block A, Paris SMPC Addition
322, located at the N.E. corner of Loop 286 and Stillhouse Road.
8. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1 -4, Block A, Paris SMPC
Addition 322, located at the N.E. corner of Loop 286 and Stillhouse Road.
9. Continue staff discussion regarding development functions: (a) The role of the commission
regarding a comprehensive plan and (b) the zoning function.
10. Status regarding Zone 1: Resort Area within the Lake Crook Planned Development
District: Part Four - Environmental Evaluation.
11. Adjournment.
