RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, (RE)APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF
ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF PARIS; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS
AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING FOR
AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Edith Bills, Richard Nafe, Tammy Gantt, Toni Clem,
and W. M. Lightfoot, as members of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Paris, will expire
on December 31, 2002; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the
(re)appointment(s) of .... and for terms of two
(2) years, beginning January 1, 2003, and' ending December 311 2004; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all
things approved.
Section 2. That., , , and be, and they are hereby,
(re)appointed, to serve as members of the Board of Adjustment of the City of Paris for terms
of two (2) years, beginning January 1, 2003, and ending December 31, 2004.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
