2013-028 RES ESTABLISHING THE DESIGNATION OF AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES FOR THE HOME RESERVATION SYSTEM PROGRAMRESOLUTION NO. 2013 -028
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS;
DESIGNATING GENE ANDERSON, INTERIM CITY MANAGER AS AN
AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY FOR THE CITY OF PARIS FOR THE HOME
RESERVATION SYSTEM PROGRAM AS ADMINISTERED BY THE TEXAS
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS; MAKING OTHER
FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND
DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Paris hereby designates Gene Anderson, Interim City
Manager as an authorized signatory for the TDHCA HOME Reservation System contracts
2010 -0015 and 2012 -0010; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. The findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in
all things approved.
Section 2. That Gene Anderson, Interim City Manager is hereby designated as
authorized signatory for the City of Paris, Texas for the TDHCA HOME Reservation System
Contract 2010 -0015 and 2012 -0010.
Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon passage.
