2) Approval of [August 2013] financials.
3) Discuss and take action on quotes for contents and liability insurance for the Paris
EDC offices at the Depot. — Shannon Barrentine
4) Discuss and take action on proposed operating policies and procedures for the Paris
EDC as recommended by the Committee. — Bruce Carr & Vicki Ballard
5) Discuss and take action on proposed changes to existing Paris EDC Bylaws, Section
4.12 Board's Relationship with City. — Steve Gilbert
6) Discuss and take action on the proposed revision(s) to the current Tax Abatement
Criteria as instructed by the Paris City Council at its June 24, 2013 meeting. —

7) Convene into Executive Session:
1. Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to discuss and
deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
2. Pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss or
deliberate: 1) commercial or financial information that the governmental body
has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have
locate, stay or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and
with which the governmental body is conducting economic development
negotiations; or 2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a
business prospect.
8) Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on item(s) discussed in
Executive Session.
