Call meeting to order and invocation.
2. Consideration of and action on a Resolution authorizing a new Real Estate
Purchase Agreement with the Lamar County Chamber of Commerce for the sale of
the City's interest in the old Lamar County Chamber of Commerce building and
authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute all documents incident to the
sale of said property.
3. Consideration of and action on a Resolution approving plans and specifications
for the construction of the Paris Sports Complex Project and authorizing the
advertisement for bids for said construction.
4. Receive a presentation from Reed, Stowe, and Yanke, a Division of R. W. Beck, Inc.,
Consultants, delineating projected water and wastewater rates for the City of Paris
water and wastewater systems.
5. Discussion of proposed water and wastewater rates for the City of Paris water and
wastewater systems.
6. Adjournment.
