A G E N D A Call meeting to order and roll call. 2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (October 7, 2013) 3. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition for Skylar Burchinal for a change in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) and a Two Family Dwelling District (217) to a Commercial District (C) with a Specific Use Permit (55) self - storage /mini warehouse on Lots 2, 16 and the eastern half of lot 3 and 17 of the Warren Addition Block 1, being located at 1710 Bonham Street. 4. Public hearing to consider and take action regarding the petition for Mike and Stephanie Hall for a change in zoning from a Heavy Industrial District (HI) and Commercial District (C) to a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) on Lots 3 and 4 of City Block 154. And a change in zoning from Heavy Industrial District (HI) to Light Industrial District (LI) on Lot 2, City Block 154, all lots being located in the 600 to 1000 Block of West Washington Street.
