3. Convene into Executive Session, Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, to deliberate the
appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee as
follows: discuss Performance Evaluations for Executive Director and Medical Director.
4. Reconvene into Open Session, deliberate and possible take action on those matters discussed in Executive Session.
5. Deliberate and possibly act on a Resolution approving an interlocal Cooperative Agreement between Lamar County, City of
Paris, and the Paris - Lamar County Health Department.
6. Deliberate and possible act on Executive Director updates on the following Health Department projects and activities:
• Policies and Procedures revisions,
• Review interlocal agreement between the City of Paris, Lamar County, and the Paris -Lamar County Board of Health,
