SUBJECT: The Hills Phase IV Preliminary Plat
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the plat
complies with the City of Pads subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or
additions.
Show the Right-of-Way (ROW) widths and street pavement widths for the
proposed and existing streets. Show the name of all the proposed and
existing streets.
Cox Communications has requested a 10-foot utility easement in Block E,
between lots 15 and 16, and Block F, between Lots 8 and 9, with 5-feet on
either side of the common property line.
Add the following words to "Preliminary Plat" in the title block "for
Inspection Purposes Only".
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
