SUBJECT: Final Plat of River Oaks Subdivision
I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. I recommend denial of the final
plat based on the fact that not all of the items have been satisfied from the review of the
preliminary plat. The following is item g4 from the memorandum to the Planning and Zoning
Commission and City Council dated April 4' 2003.
No Construction shall begin on the project until the off-site easements have been
approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission, City Council and filled for record
at the Lamar County Courthouse and the full set of construction plans for the
subdivision have been approved by the City of Paris Engineering Department.
None of the off-site easements have been returned to the City of Paris to be filed.
