A. Accepting the findings of a Water and Sewer Rate Study pe~ormed by
Reed, Stowe & Yanke, Inc. and authorizing the implementation of said
rates for ce~ain contracted water customers.

furnishing and delivery of labor, materials, and equipment and for
performing all work required for grounds maintenance (mowing) on City
of Paris parks and facilities.

Consideration of and action on the following ordinances:
Amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris by revising
subsections (b) and (c) of Section 34-22 thereof to establish water rates
for residential, commercial, and industrial customers that are based
upon the cost to serve each class, and revising subsections (a), (b),
and (c) of Section 34-23 to establish a sewer service rate for City water
customers.

Amending Section XVI, Changes and Variations, as contained in
Ordinance No. 1315, as amended, the City Subdivision Ordinance, to
revise the language in subsection (B) thereof to provide for the City
Council, in the event the Planning and Zoning Commission has failed
to approve a request for a suspension or variation from one or more
Subdivision Regulations, to grant said suspension or variation upon a
three-fourths (3~4) vote of all Council members.
Granting a variance from the requirements of Section VIII (A), Curb and
Gutter, of the Subdivision Regulations of the City in accordance with
Section XVI (B), Changes and Variations, of the Subdivision
Regulations of the City to the developer of Lots 1-4, Block A, Beezley
Estates, being located in the 2200 block of 36th Street N.E.

Beezley Estates, being located in the 2200 block of 36th Street N.E.
