Approving and authorizing the execution of a Subrecipient Agreement with the
Texas Extension Engineering Service for acceptance of a State Homeland
Security Grant Program grant.
Accepting the Automobile Theft Prevention Grant from the Texas Automobile
Theft Prevention Authority and authorizing the execution of a Grantee
Acceptance Notice.
Authorizing the submission of a grant application to the Texas Historical
Commission to receive a Texas Preservation Trust Fund Grant to partially
fund the completion of an updated historic resource survey of the city of
Paris, Texas.
5. Workshop discussion of fiscal year 2003-2004 Budget-related issues:
Scheduling for presentation and review of the City Manager's Proposed
Budget.
Council-related items and selected staff items for consideration to
include in the Budget.
