1) Call meeting to order — Rebecca Clifford, Chairman
2) Discussion and possible action regarding an advertising opportunity in Spring 2014 issue of Texas Wide
Open for Business.
3) Discussion and possible action regarding two (2) Paris EDC Board members to serve on the Airport
Advisory Board Sub - Committee for Airport Marketing and Development.
4) Convene into Executive Session:
a) Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to discuss and deliberate the
purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
b) Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code: 1) to deliberate the appointment,
employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or
employee; or 2) to hear a complaint to charge against an officer or employee. Executive
Director's resignation and future duties of the Assistant Executive Director going forward.
c) Pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss: 1) commercial or
financial information that the governmental body has received from a business prospect that the
governmental body seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the territory of the
governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic
development negotiations; or 2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a
business prospect.
5) Reconvene into Open Session and consider action on item(s) discussed in Executive Session.
6) Adjourn.
