Approval of minutes from the January 14, 2014 regular meeting, January 16, 2014 and January 23, 2014 called meetings 5. Approval of [December 2013] financials 6. Chair's Report: • Update on joint meeting with Airport Advisory Board • Update on Coalition Workforce Committee meeting • Update on adoption of the revised Tax Abatement policies by Lamar County Commissioners, Paris City Council and Paris Jr. College Board of Regents • Update on Tax Abatement and Incentive Agreement Compliance Monitoring • Schedule of meetings to attend in February / March 7. Discuss and possibly take action on partial payment for shredding of the NW Industrial Park and 19th Street NW property by Daughtrey Lawn Services 9. Pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code when the governmental body seeks the advice of its attorney about: 1) Pending or contemplated litigation; or 2) a settlement offer; or 3) on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter. a) Zulu Internet real estate contract. b) Waiver of conflict letter. 2. Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to discuss and deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property. 3. Pursuant to Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code: 1) to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or 2) to hear a complaint to charge against an officer or employee. Future duties and compensation pertaining to the Assistant Executive Director. 4. Pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss or deliberate: 1) commercial or financial information that the governmental body has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic development negotiations; or 2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a business prospect. 13.
