These are all the LOWEST bids meeting the bid specifications.
I have attached a complete bid tabulation spreadsheet showing all the bidders, products
bid, bid prices, changes in bid prices, estimated total cost of chemical for the coming year,
estimated change in cost per chemical, estimated overall change in cost in dollars, and estimated
overall change in cost in per cent.
