Consideration of and action on an ordinance adopting a Tax Rate for the
taxable year 2003 for the City of Paris.
Presentation regarding and consideration of possible action on personnel
reclassifications for the Paris Police Department.
Consideration of and action on the following resolutions:
A.
Approving and authorizing the execution of a Pipeline Crossing
Agreement with Union Pacific Railroad Company granting a license to
construct an 8" sanitary sewer pipeline crossing.
Approving and authorizing a cooperative agreement between the City
of Paris and the Paris Economic Development Corporation for painting
a logo on the City's new water tower.
Approving and authorizing the execution of a change order to the
contract with Chicago Bridge & Iron Constructors, Inc. for painting a
logo on the City's new water tower.
