1) Call meeting to order — Rebecca Clifford, Chairman
2) Discuss and possibly take action on hiring a firm to conduct a forensic audit in accordance with Paris
City Council directive of March 10, 2014.
3) Discuss and possibly take action permitting Shannon Barrentine, Interim Executive Director, to attend
the New Executive Director Training, May 15 -17, 2014 by the National Association of Development
Organizations.
4) Convene into Executive Session:
a) Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to discuss and deliberate the
purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
b) Pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss: 1) commercial or
financial information that the governmental body has received from a business prospect that the
governmental body seeks to have locate, stay or expand in or near the territory of the
governmental body and with which the governmental body is conducting economic
development negotiations; or 2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a
business prospect.
5) Reconvene into Open Session and consider action on item(s) discussed in Executive Session.
6) Adjourn.
