SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat of Springlake Estates Phase 6
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the plat
complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or
additions.

Include a mailing address for the owner.
Show the acreage by lot and for the entire preliminary plat
Show the street and alley pavement widths on all adjacent streets and alleys.
Show a centerline for the creek on the preliminary plat and drainage plan.
Show the water and sewer lines in Briarwood Drive.
Revise the lot description to show lot 14-A as Lot 1, Block A and label Lot 14 as
Lot 2, Block A. Delineate the outside perimeter of the preliminary plat with a
bold line.
Change the wording in the signature block for the chairman of the Planning &
Zoning Commission to "Final" plat instead of "Preliminary" plat.
Add the following note to the preliminary plat "All lots will have water and sewer
services installed by the developer."
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
