SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat of Essary Addition
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the plat
complies with the City of Pads subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or
additions.

Include a mailing address for the owner.
Revise the name of the preliminary plat to Essary Addition.
Show the street Right-of-Way (ROW) width and pavement width for Plum Street
and Graham Street. Show the distance from the center of each road to the
property line.
Show the water and sewer lines in Plum Street and Graham Street.
Provide a contour map of the preliminary plat.
Revise the lot description to show Block A, Lots 1 ~ 3.
Show building lines and setbacks.
Show existing zoning on the preliminary plat.
Add the following note "Preliminary Plat for Inspection Purposes Only."
Add the signature block for the Chairman of the Planning & Zoning Commission.
Add the following note to the preliminary plat "All lots will have water and sewer
services installed by the developer."
Show the nearest fire hydrants on Plum Street and Graham Street with
dimensions.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
