RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PARIS, MAKING OTHER
FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the terms of office of Brad Archer, Reeves Hayter, Carl Lucas, and Bobby
Myers, as members of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris, will expire on
December 31, 2003; and,
WHE~AS, the Mayor of the City of Paris does hereby recommend the (~e)appointment
of rN~I'vlE~S~] land t~ ~PP~igt~nt ~ [Iq ]ViE~)]] for terms of three (3) years, beginning
January 1, 2004, and ending December 31, 2006; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IS RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS.
Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby in all
things approved.
Section 2, T~at [~vlE~S)~ be, and ~h¢ ~h¢/the¥) ~s/ar¢~ hereby, ~ ~)appointed,
[l'q ]M~S~ and~h~h~t~e¥~s/ar~ h~ apP~i~d! to serve as members of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris for terms of three (3) years, beginning
January 1, 2004, and ending December 31, 2006.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be effective from and after its date of passage.
