The regular meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, February 3,
2014, was called to order at 12:02 p.m. by James Price, Vice - Chairman.
A. The following members were present: John Lee, Keith Flowers, Mike Folmar
James Price, Benny Plata and Jerry Akers
B. The following members were absent: Holland Harper
C. Also present were Shawn Napier, Director of Engineering, Planning and
Development; Sue Lancaster, City Council; and Ashley Fendley, Secretary for the
Planning and Zoning Commission.
2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. (February 3, 2014)
Motion was made by Keith Flowers, seconded by John Lee to approve the meeting minutes
for February 3, 2014. Motion carried 6 -0.
3. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Blalock Addition,
located at 5000 Block of Old Clarksville Road.
Shawn Napier reviewed the preliminary plat with commissioners. Motion was made by
Mike Folmar, seconded by Keith Flowers to approve the preliminary plat, subject to the
City Engineer's recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0.
4. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat of Lot 1, Block A, Blalock Addition, located
at 5000 Block of Old Clarksville Road.
Shawn Napier reviewed the final plat with commissioners. Motion was made by Keith
Flowers, seconded by John Lee to approve the final plat, subject to the City Engineer's
recommendations. Motion carried 6 -0.
5. Meeting adjourned at 12:12 p.m.
