5. Interim Executive Director's Report:
• Report on Texas Economic Development Council's Spring Conference held
in Dallas on March 5 -7, 2014
6. Discuss and possibly take action on quotes received for tree, tree limbs and stump
removal at the Northwest Industrial Park and 19th Street NW locations.
7. Discuss and possibly take action on adoption of Audit performed by McClanahan &
Holmes, CPAs for Fiscal Year 2012 -2013.
8. Report from ad hoc committee on PEDC organizational structure. – David Turner
9. Discuss and possibly take action on getting Workers' Compensation quotes for
PEDC Staff.
10. Discuss and possibly take action on participating in the upcoming FABTECH trade
show in Atlanta, Georgia on November 11 -13, 2014 in a booth with Oncor and
others from the region.

11. Convene into Executive Session:
1. Pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government Code to discuss and
deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property.
2. Pursuant to Section 551.087 of the Texas Government Code to discuss or
deliberate: 1) commercial or financial information that the governmental body
has received from a business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have
locate, stay or expand in or near the territory of the governmental body and
with which the governmental body is conducting economic development
negotiations; or 2) to deliberate the offer of a financial or other incentive to a
business prospect.
12. Reconvene into Open Session and possibly take action on item(s) discussed in
Executive Session.
13. Paris EDC Board's next monthly meeting will be Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at
3:00 p.m.
