The Airport Advisory Board Meeting was called to order by Vice-
Chairman, Vic Ressler at 6:00 P.M.

The Aviation Permits for 2004 were presented to the Board for
approval.

2. Pilot Training
A motion by J.W. Ashmore and seconded by Don Morrell to approved
the request for permits of J-R Aviation was approved unanimously.

Knox-Flying Service
1. Crop Dusting
A motion by J.W. Ashmore and seconded by Victor Abeles to approve
the request of Knox Flying Service was approved unanimously.

A motion by Victor Abeles and seconded by J.W. Ashmore to approve
the request of Jimmy Smyers was approved unanimously.
