SUBJECT: Replat of City Block 315, Lots lA, 1B, 1C and 6
I have reviewed the replat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the replat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or additions.
1. Show a drawing with the current lot layout and one of the proposed layout.
2. Change or correct the following items in the field notes; in the second paragraph
change loop 274 to 286 and the same in paragraph 14, paragraph eight list a"X"
set in concrete, but the drawing shows a S.I.P (set iron pin) and in paragraph 13
change the seconds from 23 to 22.
3. Additional utility easements may be required. The utilities will be verified as to
location on site. Any additional easements will be approximately 15-feet wide.
4. The owner must sign the replat prior to it being filed for record.
5. Provide a certificate that all taaces and fees have been paid from the Lamar County
Appraisal District
6. Pay filling fees in the amount of $30.00 (cashiers check or money order) made
payable to Lamar County Clerk.
I recommend approval of the replat upon completion of the above items.
