SUBJECT: Replat of Springlake Addition Block 8, Lots $, 6 and 7
I have reviewed the replat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the replat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or additions.

Show a drawing with the current lot layout and one of the proposed layout.
The minimum fi~fished floor elevation cannot be determined until a site plan has
been submitted and approved by the Engineering Department.
The owner must sign the replat prior to it being filed for record.
Provide a certificate that all taxes and fees have been paid from the Lamar County
Appraisal District
Pay filling fees in the amount of $30.00 (cashiers check or money order) made
payable to Lamar County Clerk.
I recommend approval of the replat upon completion of the above items.
