SUBJECT: Final Plat of Springlake Estates Phase 6, Block A, Lot 1
I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the plat complies

In the second paragraph of the field notes the ~vord "Drive" is misspelled.
Show the Right-of-Way and pavement width for Collegiate Drive.
The owner must sign the plat prior to it being filed for record.
Provide a certificate that all taxes and fees have been paid from the Lamar County
Appraisal District
Pay filling fees in the mount of $30.00 (cashiers check or money order) made
payable to Lamar County Clerk.
I recommend approval of the final plat upon completion of the above items.
