Item 3 Review and acceptance of the March financial reports from Frost Bank.
Item 4 Approval of the April 2014 Periodic Payment Register Report and administration
fees for Frost Bank.
Item 5 Review and acceptance of the April 2014 Account Summary Report from
Ascension Capital.
Item 6 Review and acceptance of the Monthly Statement from TD Ameritrades.
Item 7 Discuss hiring Malnory, McNeal, & Co. to be an administrator for the fund and
take action on any decisions made.
Item 8 Review and approve Malnory, Mcneal & Company' services agreement.
Item 9 Approve payment to Luke Armstrong for contributions paid in.
Item 10 Approve payment on any invoices due.
Item 11 Review all correspondence addressed to the Paris Firefighters' Relief and
Retirement Fund received after last meeting.
