Meeting Minutes
April 16, 2014
Opening:
The regular meeting of the Paris Public Library Advisory Board was called to order at 4:04 p.m.
Present:
Pat Books, Carol James, Fran Neeley, Ann Norment, Linda Vandiver, and director Priscilla McAnally
were present. Absent were Connie Dodd and Alice Woodard.
I. Approval of Minutes
The minutes of the previous meeting were unanimously approved as presented.
IL New Business:
It was announced that Reavis Wortham will be back in the library for a book
signing of his new book on Saturday, August 9 at 2 p.m.
The director will make a brief presentation to the City Council of the library's
FY 2013 and some future goals.

A. Budget Report:
No unusual expenditures
B. Statistical Report:
Circulation was down by 2% and visits down by10% from March, 2013.
V. Friends of the Library
No report
VI. Director's Remarks:
The FY 2015 budget will be turned in to the City Manager by May 19.
Suly Meija started April 14 as the new part-time Clerk I.
The next meeting will be May 21.
