SUBJECT: Replat of Simpson Place, Lots 1, 2, 20 and 21
I have reviewed the replat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the replat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or additions.
Include a mailing address for the owner.
The minimum finished floor elevation cannot be determined until a site plan has
been submitted and approved by the Engineering Department for lot 2.
The owner must sign the replat prior to it being filed for record.
Provide a certificate that all taxes and fees have been paid from the Lamar County
Appraisal District.
Pay filling fees in the mount of $30.00 (cashiers check or money order) made
payable to Lamar County Clerk.
I recommend approval of the replat upon completion of the above items.
