SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat for Cadillac Place Addition - CB 248
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception.
1. This property had never been platted, therefore it will need to be a preliminary plat
instead 0fa re-plat.
2. Provide contours on the preliminary plat.
3. Change the lot numbers to lot 1 and 2, Block A of the Cadillac Place Addition - CB 248.
4. Show the current zoning.
5. Add the following note to the plat "Preliminary Plat for Inspection Purpose Only."
6. Change the signature block for the chairman of the planning and zoning commission to
read as follows "Approved for Preparation of Final Plat."
7. Add the following note to the plat "All lots to have water and sewer service installed by
the developer."
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
