Saint Paul Baptist Church Addition (City Block 59) Preliminary Plat
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Pads subdivision regulations with the following
exception.
I. Provide a mailing address t~or the owners.
2. Add City Block 59 to the title of the plat (i.e. Saint Paul Baptist Church Addition - City
Block 59).
3. Show the Right-of-Way (ROW) width on all adjacent streets.
4. Curb and gutter shall be constructed along Booth St. and 3~ St. N.W. (portions of the
curb and gutter are in place).
5. Submit construction plans to the City of Paris for review.
6. Label the subdivision as Lot 1, Block 1.
7. Show existing zoning.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
