Preliminary Plat for Pathway Church of God - CB 351, Lot 4
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception.
1. Provide a mailing address for the owner and a contact person.
2. Provide a title for the plat (i.e. Pathway Church of God Addition CB-351)
3. Show the Right-of-Way (ROW) width, roadway width and a distance form the center line
to the ROW line for all streets on the preliminary plat and at all ROW width variations.
4. Provide contours on the preliminary plat and benchmark elevations and locations.
5. Change the lot to Block A, Lot 1 of the title chosen for the subdivision.
6. Provide a 10-foot utility easement along the frontage of F.M. 1507 and Loop 286.
7. Show the current zoning.

9. Submit construction plans to the City of Paris Engineering Department for review. Show
the utility improvements needed to support the proposed development. Extend the eight-
inch water line to F.M. 1507 from the Echols and Curtis property. At least one fire
hydrant will be needed to provide adequate fire protection to the proposed structure.
Extend the sewer line through the existing utility easement to provide sewer service to the
site.
i0. Add the following note to the plat "Preliminary Plat for Inspection Purpose Only."
11. Change the signature block for the chairman of the planning and zoning c0nmai~ion l0
read as follows "Approved for Preparation of Final Plat."
12. Add the following note to the plat "All lots to have water and sewer service installed by
the developer."
13. Additional fire hydrants may be needed depending on the building configuration. All
water lines, water meters and fire hydrants shall be in an ea,c~ment dedicated to the City
of Paris.
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
