House Addition (City Block 218-A) Preliminary Plat
I have reviewed the preliminary plat of the above referenced addition. It appears that the
preliminary plat complies with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following
exception.
1. Provide a mailing address for the owners.
2. Sign and date the surveyor's seal.
3. Remove the word 'ROW' fi.om the five-foot utility easement to be dedicated along
Austin and 13th S.W. Streets.
4. Add 'block A' to all lots.
5. Change RE-PLAT to Preliminary Plat in the lower left comer.
6. Curb and gutter shall be constructed along 13th St. S.W.
7. Label all the adjacent property owners.
8. Include the following note on the preliminary plat 'All lots will have water and sewer
service installed by the developer.'
I recommend approval of the preliminary plat upon completion of the above items.
