SUBJECT: House Addirion, City Block 218-A Final Plat
I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appeazs that the plat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following excepfions and/or additions.
1. Finished floor elevations aze required for the three lots.
2. Label all of the survey corners (i.e. found 3/8" iron rod).
3. Dedicate 2.5-feet of Right-of-Way (ROV) along 13'i' St. S.W.
4. Dedicate a 10-foot corner clip at the northeast corner of block A, lot 1.
5. Revise the 5-foot utility easement in relation to items 3 and 4.
6. A variance has been requested for the construction of curb and gutter along 13`h
St. S.W., I recommend that the curb and gutter be constructed. Curb and gutter
exist on West Austin Street.
7. Submit construction drawings for the curb and gutter along 13'h St. S.W.
8. Provide a certified copy from the Lamar County Appraisal District that all taxes
and fees have been paid.
9. Pay filling fees in the amount of $30.00 (cashiers check or money order) made
payable to Lamaz County Clerk.
I recommend approval of the final plat upon completion of the above items.
