SUBJECT: Stoue Ridge Phase I, Replat of Lots 5, 6, 8& 9
I have reviewed the replat of the above referenced addition. It appeazs that the replat complies
with the City of Pazis subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or additions.
1. Provide a mailing address for the owner
2. Show the centerline of the creek on lots 8 and 9. Provide a drainage easement for
the portion of the creek on lots 8 and 9.
3. Delineate the outline of the normal pool elevation of the adjacent pond.
4. The owners must sign the final plat prior to it being filed for record.
5. Provide a certified copy from the Lamaz County Appraisal District that all taxes
and fees have been paid.
6. Pay filling fees in the amount of $30.00 (cashiers check or money order) made
payable to Lamar County Clerk.
I recommend approval of the final plat upon completion of the above items.
