SUBJECT: Cadillac Place, City Block 258 Final Plat
I have reviewed the final plat of the above referenced addition. It appeazs that the plat complies
with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following exceptions and/or additions.
1. Hatch the portion of the property that lies within a FEMA flood plain.
2. The owners must sign the final plat prior to it being filed for record.
3. Provide a certified copy from the Lamaz County Appraisal District that all taxes
and fees have been paid.
4. Pay filling fees in the amount of $30.00 (cashiers check or money order) made
payable to tamaz &unty Clerk
I recommend approval of the flnal plat upon completion of the above items.
